摘要
目的建立HPLC-DAD法同时测定青果片中4个成分(没食子酸、绿原酸、芍药苷、黄芩苷)的含量。方法采用HPLC-DAD法,Agilent XDB-C_(18)(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)色谱柱;流动相为乙腈(A)-0.1%磷酸溶液(B)梯度洗脱,流速0.8 mL·min^(-1),柱温30℃,检测波长为215 nm(没食子酸、黄芩苷)、230 nm(芍药苷)、327 nm(绿原酸)。结果 4个成分的峰面积在线性范围内与进样量线性关系良好,加样回收率为97.2%~101.6%。结论该方法简便、准确、灵敏,重复性好,可用于青果片中多个指标性成分的质量控制。
Objective To establish an HPLC-DAD method to determine gallic acid, chlorogenic acid, paeoniflorin and baicalin in Qingguo tablets simultaneously. Methods The 4 components were separated on Agilent XDB-C_(18)(4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) column with acetonitrile-water(containing 0.1% phosphonic acid) as the mobile phase in gradient elution. The flow rate was 0.8 mL·min^-1, and the column temperature was 30 ℃. The detection wavelength was 215 nm for gallic acid and baicalin, 230 nm for paeoniflorin, and 320 nm for chlorogenic acid. Results The 4 components had good linear relationship. The recoveries ranged at 97.2%-101.6%. Conclusion The method is simple, specific, and accurate with good reproducibility, which can be used for the quality control of Qingguo tablets.
