关注药品说明书中含乙醇辅料标注情况与安全性分析

Labeling and safety analysis of alcohol excipients in pharmaceutical instructions

目的了解药品说明书中含乙醇辅料的标注情况,为合理用药提供依据。方法查阅本院药品说明书,对含乙醇辅料的标注情况进行统计分析。结果含乙醇辅料的药品说明书34份,占总数的1.17%。其中在"辅料"项下标注含有乙醇的仅27份。结论药品说明书中含乙醇辅料信息标注不规范,建议对含乙醇辅料、含量标示及安全性信息等进行规范性标注,促进合理用药。

Objective To understand the labeling information of alcohol excipients in pharmaceutical instructions, and to ensure rational drug use. Methods Pharmaceutical specifications in our hospital were reviewed for the statistical analysis of labeling of alcohol excipients. Results Totally 34 pharmaceutical specifications containing alcohol auxiliary materials, were reviewed accounting for 1. 17%. Only 27 labeled ethanol under ＂auxiliary materials＂. Conclusion The labeling information of alcohol containing excipients needs improvement. We should standardize labeling the information for alcohol excipients, to promote rational drug use.
