苦椿皮提取物对小鼠小肠平滑肌动力学影响

摘要 目的:探讨苦椿皮提取物对小鼠小肠平滑肌动力学作用,考察苦椿皮提取物对小鼠的小肠推进以及对小鼠离体小肠运动的影响。方法:给小鼠灌胃服用不同剂量的苦椿皮提取物,通过比较用药与未用药小鼠的小肠中墨汁推进率,观察苦椿皮提取物对小肠收缩的影响;利用生物机能系统检测不同浓度的苦椿皮提取物对小鼠离体小肠直接刺激后小肠收缩张力和频率的变化。结果:番泻叶对照组与空白组、苦椿皮提取物组相比,肠推进率差异均显著(P〈0.01);苦椿皮提取物组与空白组差异相比,肠推进率差异不显著(P〉0.05);随着苦椿皮提取物的浓度增大,肠道收缩波形振幅、蠕动频率均逐渐减小。结论:肠推进实验和离体小肠动力的研究结果表明,苦椿皮提取物对小肠运动有明显的抑制作用。 Objective:To investigate the effects of Ailanthus Altissima extract on movement of small intestine,the effects of Ailanthus Altissima extract on two sides of the propulsion and the movement were studied. Methods:After the mice were treated with different dose of Ailanthus Altissima extract,the intestinal propulsive rate of ink among groups were compared,and effects were analysed of Ailanthus Altissima extract on intestinal systole. After the small intestine were stimulated by different concentration of Ailanthus Altissima extract in vitro,the variety in systole tension and frequency of small intestine were detected,and the effects were analysed of Ailanthus Altissima extract on intestinal movement by BL-420F biological system. Results: In the intestinal propulsive experiment,compared the senna group with control and Ailanthus Altissima extract groups,the difference of propulsive rate was significant(P〈0.01),but the difference of propulsive rate was not significant(P〈0.05)between control and Ailanthus Altissima extract groups. In the experiment of intestinal motility in vitro,the amplitude and the frequency of peristalsis gradually were decreased followed by increasing of the concentration of Ailanthus Altissima extract. Conclusion:Through the study of intestinal propulsive test and intestinal motility in vitro,the Ailanthus Altissima extract could inhibit the movement of small intestine obviously.
