防治奶牛隐性乳房炎复方中药的安全性试验

Safety experiment on the compound traditional Chinese medicine for prevention and treatment of subclinical mastitis in dairy cows

目的：研究自制防治奶牛隐性乳房炎复方中药的使用安全性。方法：试验各选体质量（20±2） g和（28±2） g小白鼠40只,分别进行复方中药急性毒性试验、最大耐受性试验、亚急性毒性试验,考察其安全性。结果：最大耐受性试验中,各药物组小白鼠平均日增重分别达1.10 g/d、1.08 g/d和1.16 g/d,与空白对照组日增重0.80 g/d相比均差异极显著（P〈0.01）;亚急性毒性试验各组小白鼠平均日增重、肝体比、肾体比、脾体比差异不显著。结论：自制防治奶牛隐性乳房炎复方中药毒副作用小,使用安全性高;短期使用具有一定的促进生长作用,长期使用对生长无不良影响。

Objective：To research the safety of the compound traditional Chinese medicine for prevention and treatment of subclinical mastitis in dairy cows. Methods：40 mice were selected（20±2） g and（28±2） g respectively for acute toxicity,maximum tolerance test and subacute toxicity test of the compound traditional Chinese medicine to investigate its safety.Results：In maximum tolerance experiment in mice,the average daily gain of the treatment groups were 1.10 g/d,1.08 g/d and 1.16 g/d. The daily gain had extremely significant difference compared with the blank control group which was 0.80 g/d（P〈0.01）. The mean daily weight gain,liver body ratio,renal body ratio and splenic body ratio were not significantly different between groups in subacute toxicity test. The results showed that the self-made compound traditional Chinese medicine had high safety with small side effects,which was for prevention and treatment of subclinical mastitis in dairy cows.The compound for short-term use could promote growth and had no adverse effect on growth for long-term use.
