对瑞典大众体育的发展特征进行了分析,发现瑞典大众体育具有体育参与率高、体育组织形式多样、重视青少年体育活动的开展、政府扶持力度大、志愿组织与政府建立了内隐协定等特征。进入21世纪后,瑞典大众体育的发展进入转型期,呈现出如下发展趋势:更加注重社会公益创业,既强调大众体育的社会公益性,也兼顾大众体育的商业化、专业化发展;加强了政府对大众体育的控制,主要表现在对体育的社会效益进行绩效考评。

The paper analyses the features of Swedish mass sport development. The Swedish mass sport has high sports participa tion rate, various sports organizations, juvenile sports activities, great government support and inner agreement between volunteer organizations and government. Since 21st century, the Swedish mass sport has entered the phase of transformation, which focus more on social public welfare entrepreneurship and strengthen the government＇s control of the mass sport.
