摘要
目的将黄热病毒实验诊断过程中的生物安全和生物安保风险降到最低。方法识别可疑黄热病病例样本在检测前、检测中及检测后的生物危害风险,依据风险分析和评估结果制定并采取风险防控措施。结果在检测前进行风险识别和分析,优化病原检测所需场所、仪器、材料及人员,确定操作规程及人员防护措施;对检测中样本开启、处理、分装、暂存及检测后废弃物处理、实验环境消毒、样本保藏及上送等各阶段开展风险识别及风险再评估,持续优化、完善防控措施。结论本研究为黄热病及其他蚊媒传播传染病的风险评估和应对措施制定提供了参考和依据。
Objective To minimize the risk of biosafety in the procedures of detecting yellow fever virus.Methods The risk of biological hazards in the whole process of detecting suspected yellow fever cases was identified.Appropriate risk prevention and control measures based on risk analysis and assessment results were developed. Results Risk identification and risk analysis were performed based on the biological and epidemiological characteristics and related experimental activities before conducting procedures for the detection of yellow fever virus.Appropriate labs,equipment,laboratory materials and personnel were planned well for the pathogen detection.Safety procedures and personnel protection measures were designed in advance.Risk identification and risk reassessment at all stages of the process including sample package opening,sample processing and dispensing,temporary storage,waste disposal,laboratory disinfection,sample storage and transportation were conducted to optimize and improve the key aspects of the prevention and control measures. Conclusions This study provides a laboratory detection reference guide for the risk assessment and response to yellow fever and other newly emerging infectious diseases.
