基于SAGE的30 K空间双级斯特林制冷机设计

摘要 瞄准未来空间应用的双级斯特林制冷机,开展了结构设计和详细的热力学设计。通过商业软件Sage建立了计算模型,分析了工作频率、充气压力、一二级排出器长度等参数对制冷性能的影响规律,得到了30 K双级斯特林制冷机合理的结构和工作参数,为开展详细的结构设计和参数调试提供参数依据。 The structure design and detailed thermodynamic design were carried out for spaceborne two-stage Stirling cryocooler. The calculation model was established by commercial software Sage,and the influence law of operating frequency,charged gas pressure,primary and secondary displacer length and other parameters on cryocooler performance were investigated,the structure and working parameters of 30 K two-stage Stirling cryocooler were determined.
