摘要
随着超导加速器建设规模的扩大,为其提供低温环境的超流氦系统得到了广泛应用。国际上各大加速器实验室的大型超流氦系统大都使用冷压缩机作为负压低温氦气的增压设备,叶轮是冷压缩机的关键部件。采用CFturbo软件对叶轮进行设计计算,得到了冷压缩机叶轮的参数和三维模型。采用CFD软件对设计的叶轮性能进行模拟仿真,分析模拟结果及流场分布规律,探究叶轮性能随结构参数的变化关系,从而对叶轮进行优化。优化得到的叶轮模型仿真结果较好,叶轮性能满足设计要求。
With the scale of superconducting accelerator construction expanding,superfluidhelium system is widely used. Most of large-scale superfluid-helium system in international accelerator laboratory use the cold compressor as pressure generating equipment. Impeller is the critical component of cold compressor. CFturbo is adopted to design the impeller and 3 D model was built.CFD is used for simulation of the impeller performance. This paper analyses the simulation results and distribution law of flow field,investigates the variation of the impeller performance with structure parameters. The impeller is optimized and shows good performance.
