本文对城市建筑综合体这一复杂建筑类型的盈利性功能与非盈利性功能组合展开研究,探索功能组合对城市建筑综合体协同效应产生的影响。即定性分析功能组合所产生的直接协同效应、间接协同效应和场所协同效应,归纳出不同组合类型对协同效应产生的影响。

This paper studies the combination of profitability and non-profit function of the complex building type of urban building complex, and explores the impact of functional combination on the synergy effect of urban building complex. That is, the direct synergy effect, indirect synergy effect and site synergy effect generated by the combination of qualitative analysis functions, and the effects of different combination types on the synergistic effect are summarized.
