传统古村落环境整治与水系修复活化策略研究——以江永县上甘棠古村落环境整治规划设计为例

Study on Traditional Village Environment Renovation and Water System Restoration and Activation Strategy——Taking the Environmental Remediation planning Design of Shanggantang Ancient Village in Jiangyong County as an Example

随着社会不断的发展,古村落出现大量的人口外流、历史建筑荒废、历史文化传统延续＂断层＂现象,村落经济也愈发落后。在传统村落整治的过程中,以延续村落传统文化,促进村庄可持续健康发展的村落整治理念逐步得到大家的认同。有序更新古村落景观,传承并重塑其历史文化内涵,修复并活化现有的水文情况,改造落后的基础设施,使古村落重新焕发生机和活力是历史赋予当代规划人的重要使命。本案以上甘棠古村落环境整治规划设计为例,以生态水系重塑为重心,以耕读文化为规划主线,以开发保护、分期规划为原则,重新布局上甘棠古村落景观,重塑其历史文化魅力,赋予其新时代活力。

With the continuous development of the society, a large number of people have left the ancient villages,the historical buildings have been abandoned, and the historical and cultural traditions have continued to be ＂faulted＂, and the village economy has become increasingly backward. In the process of traditional village remediation,the concept of village remediation has been gradually recognized by all to continue the traditional village culture and promote the sustainable and healthy development of the village. It is an important mission given by history to contemporary planners to update the landscape of ancient villages in an orderly manner, inherit and reshape their historical and cultural connotations,repair and activate established hydrology conditions, transform backward infrastructures, and revitalize ancient villages.The case takes the planning and design of the environmental improvement of the ancient village shanggantang as an example. The main line of the plan is the culture of reading and farming, and take the reconstruction of the ecological water system as the focus.Based on the principles of development,protection and phased planning,the ancient village landscape of shanggantang was rearranged, reshape its historical and cultural charm,endowed its vitality.
