基于CCRC模式对中国养老社区设计的探讨

中国已经进入老龄化社会,养老问题一直是社会话题的热点,CCRC社区已经很好解决养老问题,它既能满足老年人的养老需求,也能减缓家庭养老负担。本文充分研究国外CCRC养老模式的特点,结合中国现有的养老社区,从建筑专业的角度,对CCRC养老社区模式进行分析,以期为后续CCRC建筑社区设计提供一定参考意义。

China has entered an aging society, and the pension issue has always been a hot topic in social issues.The CCRC community has already solved the problem of old-age care. It can meet the elderly＇s old-age care needs and can also reduce the family＇s pension burden. Fully study the characteristics of the CCRC pension model in foreign countries, combine the existing Chinese old-age care community, and analyze the CCRC pension community model from the perspective of the architectural profession in order to provide a reference for the follow-up CCRC architectural community design.
