摘要
以千日红为原料,采用超声法提取千日红色素。通过单因素试验法考察了提取剂种类、料液比、超声温度、超声时间四因素对色素提取率的影响。结果表明:色素的最佳提取工艺条件为以水作提取剂,料液比1∶40(g·mL^(-1)),超声温度25℃,超声时间20min。在体外模拟胃液条件下,1.6mL色素液对亚硝酸盐的清除率为95.58%,表明千日红色素液对亚硝酸盐具有较强的清除活性。
The Gomphrena globosa was selected asthe raw material to extract pigment by ultrasonic method. The effect of four factors, such as the type of extraction agent, the ratio of material to liquid, ultrasonic temperature and ultrasonic time, on the extraction rate of pigment was investigated by single factor test.The results showed that the best extraction conditions of pigment were showed as follows:the extractor was water, the ratio of material to liquid was 1:40 (g·mL-1), the ultrasonic temperature was 25℃, and the ultrasonic time was 20min.The removal rate of nitrite from 1.6mL pigment was 95.58% under the condition of simulated gastric juice in vitro, indicating that the pigment solution has a strong scavenging activity to nitrite.
