股权众筹是依托于互联网平台而进行的融资模式,它打破了地域限制、降低了时间成本和程序成本,在解决中小企业融资方面具有积极的作用。它一方面有效降低了中小企业的融资成本,提高了融资效率;另一方面为普通公众提供了直接参与股权投资的机会,扩大了投资渠道,对我国建设多级资本市场体系具有深远意义。目前,我国的股权众筹运行过程中仍存在诸多问题,亟待用法律予以规制。

Equity crowdfunding is an emerging equity financing model based on the Internet platform.h breaks geographi- cal restrictions,reduces time costs and program costs,and has a positive role in solving SME financing.On the one hand,it effectively reduces the financing costs of small and micro enterprises,especially start-up enterprises,and im- proves the efficiency of financing;on the other hand ,it provides the general public with the opportunity to directly par- ticipate in equity investment and expands investment channels,so it builds multi-level capital for China.The market sys- tem has far-reaching implications.At present,there are many problems in the process of equity crowdfunding in China, which contain multiple legal risks and urgently need to be resolved from legal regulation.
