我国生产者责任延伸制度实施中的问题及对策

为了减少资源使用,实现产品再利用和废物回收,保护和改善生态环境,我国确立了生产者责任延伸制度。但该制度在实施过程中还存在再生资源回收利用体系不完善、公众参与不足、监督机制不完善、相关配套制度不健全等问题。通过完善再生资源回收利用体系、提高公众参与力度、完善监督机制、健全相关配套制度等,使之更好地为我国的生态文明建设服务。

In order to reduce the use of resources, achieve product reuse and waste recovery, and protect and improve the ecological environment, China has established a producer responsibility extension system. However, in the process of the implementation of the system, there are still some problems, such as the imperfect recovery and utilization system of regenerated resources, insufficient public participation, imperfect supervision mechanism and unsound related supporting system. By improving the recycling system of regenerated resources, public participation, the supervision mechanism and perfecting relevant supporting system, we can make it better to serve the construction of ecological civilization in China.
