目的研究血清学的监测指标应用在原发性肝癌及其转移过程中的应用价值。方法本文研究对象是120原发性肝癌患者、120例原发性肝癌转移患者、120例正常人,对所有受检者血清中各氨基酸的水平进行测定,并采用了方差的分析以及LSD检测过程进行分析,统计监测结果。结果原发性肝癌组和肝癌转移组的血清中氨基酸水平差异具有统计学意义。结论对肝癌及转移患者开展血清肿瘤标志物检测具有重要临床意义。

Objective to study the application value of serological monitoring indexes in primary liver cancer and its metastasis. Methods the subjects of this study were 120 patients with primary liver cancer, 120 patients with primary liver cancer metastasis, and 120 normal people. The serum amino acid levels of all subjects were measured, and the analysis of variance and LSD detection process were used for analysis and statistical monitoring results. Results the differences in serum amino acid levels between primary liver cancer group and metastatic liver cancer group were statistically significant. Conclusion it has important clinical significance to detect tumor markers in patients with liver cancer and metastasis.
