摘要
目的观察整体护理对儿童注意缺陷多动障碍认知情况的影响。方法选取我院收治的100例注意缺陷多动障碍患儿,以随机数表法分成观察组与对照组各50例。予以对照组患儿常规护理;予以观察组患儿整体护理。对比两组患儿治疗后认知能力情况及临床治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组患儿PSQ评分明显高于对照组,P <0.05;观察组患儿总有效率明显高于对照组,P <0.05。结论整体护理对提高儿童注意缺陷多动障碍认知能力具有积极影响,值得临床推广。
Objective to observe the effect of holistic nursing on children's cognition of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder. Methods 100 children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder admitted to our hospital were selected and divided into observation group and control group by random number table. Routine care was given to children in the control group. The children in the observation group were given holistic nursing care. The cognitive abilities and clinical therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results after treatment, the PSQ score of the children in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, P〈0.05.The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, P〈0.05.Conclusion holistic nursing has a positive effect on improving children's cognitive ability of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder.
