人格障碍患者的临床护理措施及效果研究

Clinical Nursing Measures and Effects of Personality Disorder Patients

目的对人格障碍的患者给予相应的临床护理措施后的效果进行分析。方法以68例人格障碍的患者进行研究,选取时间段为2015年9月至2017年12月,所有患者均给予临床护理措施,对护理前后的临床效果、BBPS评分进行分析。结果较护理前,护理后68例患者中,有45例(66.18%)顺利出院,18例(26.47%)症状明显缓解,5例(7.35%)未缓解,对比差异明显(P<0.05),同时BBPS评分护理后为(18.48±4.57)分,对比护理前(41.38±4.06)分,存在显著差异(P<0.05)。结论人格障碍的患者对家庭以及社会均会造成较大的负担,并且影响自身的正常生活,此种疾病的发生与其心理健康存在较大的关系,在临床治疗中实施有效的临床护理则能够显著提高其治疗效果,促进患者恢复。

Objective to analyze the effect of patients with personality disorder after giving corresponding clinical nursing measures. Methods 68 patients with personality disorder were studied, and the time period was from September 2015 to December 2017. All patients were given clinical nursing measures, and the clinical effect and BBPS score before and after nursing were analyzed. Results in 68 patients after nursing, 45 cases（66.18%） were discharged smoothly, 18 cases（26.47%） had obvious remission, 5 cases（7.35%） were not relieved, contrast difference was obvious（P〈0.05）, and bbps score nursing was（18.48±4.57）. There were significant differences（P〈0.05） in comparison of nursing before（41.38±4.06）. Conclusion the patients with personality disorder have a great burden on family and society, and affect their normal life. The occurrence of this disease has a great relationship with mental health, and effective clinical nursing can improve the curative effect and promote the recovery of patients in clinical treatment.
