冲动型人格障碍患者的安全问题及针对性护理分析

Safety Problems and Nursing Analysis of Patients with Impulsive Personality Disorder

目的分析冲动型人格障碍患者的安全问题及针对性护理效果。方法随机选定本院收治的110例冲动型人格障碍患者,2016年3月至2018年3月为研究时段,分试验组、对照组,每组55例。对照组采纳常规护理,试验组采纳针对性护理。比较危险事件发生率。结果与对照组危险事件发生率比较,试验组较低,P<0.05。结论根据冲动型人格障碍患者进行针对性护理,可有效降低危险事件发生率,值得借鉴。

Objective to analyze the safety problems and targeted nursing effects of patients with impulsive personality disorder. Methods 110 patients with impulsive personality disorder admitted by our hospital were randomly selected. From March 2016 to March 2018, 55 patients in each group were divided into experimental group and control group. The control group received routine care and the experimental group received targeted care. Comparing the incidence of dangerous events. Results compared with the control group, the incidence of dangerous events was lower in the experimental group, P〈0.05.Conclusion targeted nursing for patients with impulsive personality disorder can effectively reduce the incidence of dangerous events, which is worthy of reference.
