老年胆结石120例手术治疗临床分析

目的探讨老年胆结石手术治疗的临床效果。方法将2013年5月至2017年8月我院收治的120例胆结石老年患者作为研究对象,对比采用保守治疗(对照组,56例)与手术治疗(观察组,64例)的临床疗效差异。结果观察组的总有效率96.88%,与对照组的78.57%相比,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=9.709,P<0.05)。结论临床治疗老年胆结石时,可优先采用手术治疗方法,能够达到较为显著的临床治疗效果,值得推广使用。

Objective to explore the clinical effect of surgical treatment of senile cholelithiasis. Methods the clinical efficacy of 120 cases of senile cholelithiasis in our hospital from May 2013 to August 2017 was compared with conservative treatment（control group, 56 cases） and surgical treatment（observation Group, 64 cases）. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.88%. Compared with 78.57% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant（χ~2=9.709, P〈0.05）. Conclusion the clinical treatment of senile gallstones can give priority to surgical treatment, and can achieve more significant clinical effect, which is worth popularizing and using.
