异维A酸红霉素凝胶在寻常性中重度痤疮治疗中的应用

Application of Isotretinoin Erythromycin Gel in the Treatment of Common Moderate to Severe Acne

目的分析异维A酸红霉素凝胶在寻常性中重度痤疮治疗中的应用效果。方法随机选定本院收治的寻常性中重度痤疮患者150例,2016年1月至2018年1月为研究时段,遵循随机数字表法的分组原则,区分为对照组、观察组,样本研究例数每组75例,前者以维胺脂维E乳膏治疗,后者以异维A酸红霉素凝胶治疗。比较皮损数目以及临床疗效。结果与对照组治疗后结节、脓包数目比较,观察组较低,与对照组临床总有效率相比,观察组的较高,P<0.05,具统计学差异。结论异维A酸红霉素凝胶可有效减轻寻常性中重度痤疮患者临床症状,加快结节、脓包消退,效果显著,值得借鉴。

Objective to analyze the application effect of isotretinoin erythromycin gel in the treatment of common moderate to severe acne. Methods 150 cases of common moderate and severe acne patients were randomly selected in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 as the study period. They were divided into control group and observation group, followed by the group principle of random digital table method. The samples were studied in 75 cases in each group. The former was treated with viaminate and vitamin E cream, and the latter was treated with isotretinoin erythromycin gel. The number of skin lesions and clinical efficacy were compared. Results compared with the control group, the number of nodules and abscess was lower. Compared with the total clinical efficacy of the control group, the observation group was higher, P〈0.05, and statistically different. Conclusion isotretinoin erythromycin gel can effectively reduce the clinical symptoms of patients with common moderate to severe acne, and accelerate the dissolution of nodules and abscess. The results are remarkable and worthy of reference.
