探讨精细护理模式在肿瘤内科护理管理中的应用效果

Application Effect of Fine Nursing Model in the Nursing Management of Tumor Internal Medicine

目的探究精细护理模式在肿瘤内科护理管理中的应用效果。方法本文选取于2016年2月份至2018年2月份收治的恶性肿瘤患者共112例,按照随机分组法对患者进行分组,每组患者各56例。给予对照组患者常规护理方法,给予观察组患者精细护理模式。结果护理管理效果比较观察组各项评分均高于对照组,观察组患者的症状评分低于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论在肿瘤内科护理中应用精细护理模式,有助于提高患者的护理管理效果,改善患者的临床症状,帮助患者早日恢复健康。

Objective to explore the application effect of fine nursing model in the nursing management of tumor internal medicine. Methods a total of 112 patients were treated with malignant tumor from February 2016 to February 2018, and the patients were grouped according to the randomized grouping method, each group had 56 cases. The patients in control group were given routine nursing methods and the fine nursing model was given to the observation group. Results comparison of nursing management effect the scores of the observation group were higher than that in the control group, and the symptom score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, there were statistically difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion the application of fine nursing mode in the nursing of cancer patients can improve the nursing management effect, improve the clinical symptom and help the patients to recover their health at an early stage.
