中医情志护理改善血液透析患者生活质量的临床效果研究

Clinical Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Emotional Nursing on Improving Life Quality of Hemodialysis Patients

目的分析探讨中医情志护理措施的实施,对血液透析患者生活质量水平的改善情况。方法选取2016年12月至2017年12月在我院接受血液透析治疗的患者76例,按照随机数字表法分成两组,每组各38例,对照组予以患者内科常规护理,研究组在对照组的基础山再予以患者中医情志护理,对比护理干预后两组患者的生活质量变化情况。结果护理干预后,研究组患者的生理状态、心理功能、社会功能以及生活总满意度四项生活质量评分均明显高于对照组,组间对比具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论在患者接受血液透析治疗的过程中,实行中医情志护理,可有效改善患者的生活质量,具有良好的临床实用价值。

Objective to analyze and discuss the improvement of quality of life of hemodialysis patients and the implementation of emotional nursing measures. Methods 76 patients who received hemodialysis treatment in our hospital from December 2016 to December 2017 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method, with 38 patients in each group. The control group was treated with conventional nursing, and the study group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine in the control group, and the quality of life of two groups after nursing intervention was compared. Results after nursing intervention, the four quality of life scores of the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group, the physiological State, psychological function, social function and total satisfaction of life. There were significant differences between groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion in the process of patients undergoing hemodialysis treatment, the implementation of traditional Chinese medicine emotional nursing can effectively improve the quality of life of patients, with good clinical practical value.
