摘要
目的分析尼莫地平治疗高血压脑出血的临床应用疗效。方法将我院2016年12月至2018年5月间在收治的100例高血压脑出血患者作为本次治疗研究实验的研究对象,按照盲选的方式抽取患者资料随机分组,将100例高血压脑出血患者分为尼莫地平组(例数为50例,接受常规性对症治疗基础上采用尼莫地平进行继续治疗)和常规治疗组(例数为50例,接受常规性对症治疗),分析两组患者的药物临床应用以及治疗疗效。结果尼莫地平组患者治疗总有效率92%高于常规治疗组患者的治疗总有效率72%,差异显著(P<0.05);治疗前,两组神经功能缺损情况、血肿情况比较无差异(P>0.05),治疗后,尼莫地平组患者的神经功能缺损评分、血肿量均少于常规治疗组患者,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论对高血压脑出血患者基础性治疗基础上继续采用尼莫地平进行深入治疗,能够较好的对患者的神经功能形成保护,且能够大大提高临床治疗有效率,因此尼莫地平在高血压脑出血患者治疗中值得应用。
Objective to analyze the clinical effects of nimodipine in the treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods 100 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage from December 2016 to May 2018 were treated as the research object of this treatment research, and the patients' data were randomly grouped according to the blind selection method. 100 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage were divided into Nimodipine group(50 cases, on the basis of conventional symptomatic treatment, nimodipine was used for continuous treatment) and the conventional treatment group(50 cases were treated with conventional symptomatic treatment). The clinical application and therapeutic efficacy of the two groups were analyzed. Results the total effective rate of treatment in nimodipine group was 92% higher than that in conventional treatment group, and the total effective rate was 72%. The difference was significant(P〈0.05). Before treatment, there was no difference between the two groups of neurological function defect and hematoma(P〈0.05). After treatment, the scores of neurological impairment and hematoma in nimodipine group were lower than those in routine treatment group, and the difference was significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion on the basis of the basic treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage, nimodipine continued to be used for further treatment, which can better protect the neurological function of patients, and can greatly improve the efficiency of clinical treatment. Therefore, nimodipine is worthy to be used in the treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage patients.
