不同术式治疗翼状胬肉的疗效分析

Analysis of the Curative Effect of Different Operative Treatment for Pterygium

目的分析不同术式在治疗翼状胬肉中的应用价值。方法对我院收治的92例翼状胬肉患者分组研究,参照组行单纯切除术,研究组行切除术联合新鲜羊膜移植,对两组治疗后结果进行比较分析。结果研究组临床治愈率为91.30%,与参照组76.09%相比明显更高,研究组复发率为6.52%,与参照组21.74%相比明显更低(P<0.05);两组角膜创面上皮愈合时间相比明显研究组更短(t=6.631,P<0.05)。结论翼状胬肉联合羊膜移植用于翼状胬肉患者治疗中效果理想,可降低术后复发率,提升患者生活质量,值得临床应用。

Objective to analyze the application value of different operative method in the treatment of pterygium. Methods the group of 92 cases of pterygium were treated by our hospital. The reference group was undergoing a simple resection. The study group underwent excision combined with fresh amniotic membrane transplantation. The results of two groups of treatment were compared and analyzed. Results The clinical cure rate of the study group was 91.3%, which was significantly higher than reference group 76.09%, the recurrence rate of the study group was 6.52%, which was significantly lower than the reference group 21.74%（P〈0.05）. The corneal wound epithelial healing time in the two groups was shorter than that of the Study Group（t =6.631,P〈0.05）. Conclusion pterygium combined with amniotic membrane transplantation is ideal in the treatment of pterygium, which can reduce the postoperative recurrence rate and improve the quality of life of patients, and is worthy of clinical application.
