摘要
分析韩国私学年金制度的适用对象、基金筹集、受益项目、待遇给付和管理投资等,发现其具有待遇水平高、领取方式灵活及制度模式独特等特点。要提升我国民办学校教师养老保障水平,可借鉴韩国经验建立民办学校教师职业年金制度,充分发挥政府在制度建设与财政扶持上的作用,并从财务可持续性角度出发,选择合理的制度模式。
This paper analyzes the private school teachers' pension system in South Korea,including its applicable object,fund raising,benefit project,benefit payment and investment management. It found that the pension system has the characteristics of high level of benefit,flexible access and unique system mode. To improve the level of pension and social security for teachers in non-governmental education institutions in China,we can try to learn from South Korea's experience,and establish a professional pension system for the teachers,give full play to the role of the government in institution building and financial support,and choose an appropriate system from the perspective of financial sustainability.
