Impact of OFDI on Innovation Performance in Zhejiang Province

选取浙江省2005—2016年的相关数据,分析OFDI对浙江创新绩效的影响。结果显示,现阶段OFDI对浙江的创新能力具有一定的促进作用,但尚不显著;OFDI对浙江专利授权总量起着抑制作用,主要表现在对外观设计专利方面,而对发明专利和实用新型专利有积极的促进作用。未来浙江的开放发展重点应鼓励和支持企业"走出去",提供全面、可靠和有效的境外投资服务,依靠创新驱动发展战略,开启现代化浙江建设新的强大引擎。

This paper chooses the relevant data from 2005 to 2016 in Zhejiang Province to study the impact of OFDI on innovation performance in Zhejiang. The results show that OFDI has a certain promotion effect on the innovation ability of Zhejiang Province at the present stage,but it is not significant at present. OFDI has a restraining effect on the total number of Zhejiang＇s patent authorization,though it is mainly on design patents whereas for invention and utility model patents it has a positive promotion role.Therefore,in the future,Zhejiang＇s opening up and development should focus on encouraging and supporting enterprises to go global,providing comprehensive,reliable and effective overseas investment services,and relying on innovation to drive development strategies so as to open up a powerful new engine for modernizing Zhejiang.
