关于民办高校学术期刊办刊的几个问题

随着我国民办教育事业的快速发展,民办高校学术期刊应运而生并蓬勃成长,现已成为我国学术期刊中一支不可忽视的重要方面军。作为学术交流的重要平台,民办高校学术期刊为促进教学和科研工作、发现和培养学术人才、提升民办高校的办学水平和影响力等发挥了独特而重要的作用。但目前民办高校学术期刊多为内刊,办刊工作面临不少困难和问题。要改进民办高校学术期刊的办刊工作,一要自觉坚持正确的办刊方向;二要坚持特色化办刊;三要加强和改进编辑工作;四要严格审稿制度;五要注重编辑编排的规范。

In the past 30 years of reform and opening up,with the rapid development of China＇s non-governmental education,academic journals of non-governmental institutions of higher learning have emerged and flourished,and have become an important aspect of academic journals in China that cannot be ignored. As an important platform for academic exchange,academic journals of non-governmental institutions of higher learning have played a unique and important role in promoting teaching and research,discovering and cultivating academic talents,and improving the level and influence of non-governmental institutions of higher learning. However,academic journals of non-governmental institutions of higher learning are mostly internal journals,and are faced with many difficulties and problems. To improve the work on academic journals in non-governmental institutions of higher learning,it is necessary to conscientiously adhere to the correct direction of journal editing,persist in the characteristics of running journals,strengthen and improve the editorial work,be strict on the peer review system,and pay attention to editorial standard.
