浙江省公办与民办高职院校人才培养质量比较——基于省教育厅和省教育评估院的相关报告

A Comparative Study on the Quality of Talent Training of Non-governmental and Public Higher Vocational Colleges in Zhejiang:Based on the Report of the Provincial Department of Education and the Evaluation Institute

通过分析浙江省教育厅《质量报告》和省教育评估院《调查报告》相关数据发现,浙江省公办与民办高职院校的教育投入差距逐年扩大,教育产出(人才培养质量)也呈相应趋势。为保证浙江省高等职业教育的健康发展,解决人民日益增长的优质高职教育需要与高职院校发展不平衡之间的矛盾,提出对全省民办高职院校学生给予生均财政拨款、注重职业教育公正性及吸引社会资本支持民办高职院校办学等建议。

Based on the relevant data from the Quality Report of the Provincial Department of Education and the Survey Report of the Evaluation Institute,the education investment gap between non-governmental and public higher vocational colleges in Zhejiang is expanding year by year,The education output（ the quality of higher vocational talent training） also presents a corresponding trend. To ensure the healthy development of higher vocational education in Zhejiang,and to solve the contradiction between people＇s growing high quality vocational education needs and the unbalanced development of higher vocational colleges,this paper proposes suggestions on granting per capita financial allocation to students from non-governmental higher vocational colleges,paying attention to the fairness of vocational education and attracting social capital to support non-governmental higher vocational colleges.
