实践导向的大学新生适应性教育探索

Practice-guided Exploration of Adaptive Education for University Freshmen

摘要 大学生涯第一个关键时期是一年级,要引导新生完成适应性转变,包括环境、人际交往和学业等。目前,高校在新生适应性教育中存在系统构建缺乏、实践性不足以及机制效率不强等问题。文章基于学生发展理论和上海建桥学院的实践,设计四项实践导向的大学新生适应性教育环节,即早晚集中自修、开设"文明修身"课程、打造新生锻造营和组建菁英学院,并构建教师、辅导员与学长"三位一体"的教育教学队伍,形成由"新生一学期后对学校的满意度""学生自我感受度"和"用人单位满意度"三方面组成的达成度评价。 The first critical period of university student career development is the first year,and thus it is necessary to guide freshmen to complete adaptive changes including the environment,interpersonal communication and academic. At present,there are some problems in the adaptive education of freshmen in universities,such as lack of system construction,practical inadequacy and inefficient mechanism. Based on the theory of student development and the practice of Shanghai Jianqiao College,this paper designs four practice-guided freshmen's adaptive education links including focusing on self-study in the morning and evening,"civilized self-cultivation"courses,freshmen's camps and elite colleges. It further builds the"three in one"multi-educational team of teachers,counselors and seniors,forms an evaluation of the degree of achievement consisting of"student satisfaction after one semester","student self-perception"and "employer satisfaction".
