摘要 直接驱动容积控制技术(DDVC)是交流伺服调速技术和液压传动技术相结合的产物,具有控制灵活和传动功率大的双重优点。本文将直接驱动容积控制技术应用于船舶舵机中,设计了一种直驱式电液伺服舵机,利用AMESim/Simulink联合仿真技术搭建系统模型,针对系统特性设计模糊PID控制器并进行仿真分析,搭建实验台并进行转舵实验,结果表明:应用模糊PID控制算法的系统在响应时间、稳态误差及鲁棒性方面均优于普通PID控制算法,本文所设计的直驱式电液伺服舵机满足实际工程应用需求。 Direct Drive Volume Control(DDVC) electro-hydraulic servo system is a new type of electro-hydraulic servo system combined with AC servo speed control technology and hydraulic technology. It has the dual advantages of flexible control and large transmission power. It has the dual advantages of flexible control and large transmission power. This paper apply Direct Drive Volume Control technology to marine hydraulic steering gear, and have designed a direct-drive electro-hydraulic steering gear, Established control system model by using AMESim/Simulink co-simulation technology.The Fuzzy-PID Controller was designed according to the system performance. The simulation analysis of the system was carried out. The steering gear experiment platform was set up. The Steering experiment were carried out. Experiments show that the direct-drive electro-hydraulic steering gear Meet the actual engineering requirements, and the application of FuzzyPID controller can improve the system's rapidity, stability and robustness.
