摘要
针对大型汽车覆盖件冲模日常保养过程中翻模效率低、模具粘附异物造成成形零件精度降低等,研究了一种便捷式滚轮垫模机构,该机构以滚轮与垫木作为支撑主体,并采用吸触的方式将模具质量传递至地面,避免模具直接接触地面,同时建立运动轨道,约束垫模机构的相对运动,快速匹配模具尺寸的同时提升操控性能。实践表明,该机构可有效提升冲模的精度与翻模效率,翻模时间由8 min减少至3 min,翻模效率提升167%,为保证冲模精度与提升模具保养工作效率提供借鉴。
In order to improve the defects such as low efficiency of overturning the die in the daily maintenance process of stamping dies for large automobile panels and the accura- cy deteriorated due to the impurities attached to the die, a convenient roller bolster mecha- nism was researched. The mechanism took rollers and sleepers as the supports, and the weight of die was passed to the ground by the suction contact method, which avoided di- rectly contacting the ground. Simultaneously, the motion track was established to restrain the relative motion of bolster mechanism, rapidly matching the die size and promoting con- trol performance. The engineering practices showed that the mechanism could effectively im- prove the precision and overturn efficiency of stamping die. The overturn time of a die was reduced from 8 to 3 minutes, overturn efficiency was increased 167%. It could provide reference for stabilizing the precision of stamping die and improving the working efficiency of die maintenance.
