摘要 首先对汽车模具中传统浮顶器的结构特点和工作形式进行了研究,总结出传统浮顶器结构形式多、工作不平衡及不同步的缺点,其次采用Abaqus有限元软件对气缸不同步产生的缺陷进行仿真分析,获得了顶盖局部受到的浮顶力和位移大小。为了消除传统浮顶器存在的缺陷,设计了整体式浮顶器结构,在该结构中采用导向和限位装置实现了整体式浮顶器的精准工作,经过改进保证了浮顶器顶料时的平衡、同步,避免了产品因顶料时产生的缺陷。 The structure features and work form of the traditional floating roof in automo- tive dies were studied. Its characteristic that too many structure forms and out of balance and synchronous at the work period were summarized. The defects caused by the cylinders out of synchronized work were simulated by using Abaqus software, which obtained the stress and strain of the local cover from the floating roof force. In order to eliminate the defects of traditional floating roof, a set of integral floating roof structure was designed, and the guidance and limit device were adopted to accomplish the precision work. After im- plementing the improvement measures, the balance of the floating roof was ensured, the im- perfections also were avoided.
