摘要
设计了1副成型高质量童装用塑料拉链头的模具,由于塑件结构比较复杂,采用整体注射成型,模具采用2个侧滑块保证顶环臂的形状及强度,采用2个对称斜导柱保证侧滑块的分型,使用4个小型电机同步带动4个侧向抽芯机构,完成侧向抽芯,缩短生产周期,并结合材料的成型特性,使用三维造型软件Solidworks完成注射模设计,为后期的批量生产提供设计方案。
A injection mould for plastic zipper puller of children's wear with high quality was designed. Due to the plastic parts' structure was complex, the integral injection mould was adopted. It applied two side sliders to guarantee the shape of the top arm and its intensity, and used two symmetrical inclined guide pillars to ensure the side parting, and adopted four small motors synchronous to drive four side core-pulling mechanisms, which could complete the side core-pulling rapidly and shorten the production cycle. Com- bining the molding characteristics of the materials, the injection mould was designed by us- ing the three-dimensional modeling software Solidworks, which provided a design plan for the later batch production.
