发电机磁场分析用无取向高磁密电工钢片的磁特性测量方法

摘要 在电机设计初期阶段要进行磁场的数值仿真,而仿真过程需要输入铁心材料的磁挣l奎参数。本文对在超过国际标准规定值的较高磁通密度下,典型无取向电工钢片的非线性磁性能进行了研究。电工钢片的磁性能通过使用基于单片测试仪的测量系统来评估,单片测试仪配备有H型线圈和数字反馈波形控制以满足正弦磁通的条件。饱和磁化强度也用一块电磁铁进行了评估。所获得的电工钢片的磁性能有益于预测大型发电机更精确的运行特性。 The numerical simulation of magnetic fields, which is carried out in the early stage for designing electrical machines, requires magnetic properties of iron cores. This paper reports the nonlinear magnetic properties of typical non-oriented electrical steel sheets at higher flux density over a value specified in the international standards. They are evaluated by using a measuring system based on a single sheet tester equipped with H-coils and digital feedback waveform control for satisfying a sinusoidal flux condition. Saturation magnetizations are also evaluated by using an electromagnet. The obtained magnetic properties may be useful to predict more accurate operating characteristics of largescale generators.
