摘要
由于煤矿开采业工作环境的特殊性,液压支架容易遭受腐蚀。为解决这一问题,相关专家提出了一种激光熔覆技术,并将这一技术应用于液压支架立柱、千斤顶生产过程中。因此,本文简要分析了激光熔覆技术的概念及特点,对激光熔覆技术在高腐蚀环境中用于液压支架立柱、千斤顶的试验进行了研究。
Because of the particularity of mining environment, the hydraulic support is easy to be corroded. In order to solve this problem, a laser cladding technique is proposed and applied to the production of hydraulic support columns and jacks.Therefore, the concept and characteristics of laser cladding technology are briefly analyzed in this paper. The test of hydraulic support column and Jack in corrosion environment is studied.
