摘要
分析某660MW超临界电厂运行中出现的一起爆管事故,通过爆管位置、测点位置、磁通量检查、化学水质及蒸汽品质等检查,查找引起爆管的原因,找出解决办法,保证锅炉设备长期稳定运行。
An analysis of a pipe accident occurred in the operation of a 660MW supercritical power plant was analyzed. Through the inspection of the detonator position, the position of the measuring point, the magnetic flux inspection, the chemical water quality and the steam quality, the causes of the tube-burs were found out, and the solutions were found out to ensure the long-term stable operation of the boiler equipment.
