摘要
在现代管理体系中,人事劳资管理占据着十分重要的地位,通过构建现代信息化人事劳资管理架构,可以提升人事劳资管理的针对性、科学性、实效性,满足现代人事劳资管理需求。在人事劳资管理实践中,仍存在诸多问题,特别是在信息系统构建方面,有待深入探究。作为人事劳资管理人员,要积极创新,寻求有效的信息化管理路径,提升管理效能。
