摘要
目的分析探讨建立优质护理服务长效机制应用于护士岗位管理的效果,以供护理工作参考使用。方法为了开展优质护理服务,需要研究护理人员的岗位设置、培养、评价,管理护士岗位具有众多有利之处,比如能稳定护理队伍等,所以需逐渐推动建立优质护理服务,加强护理队伍的建设,使护理服务呈现长效性质。结果实施后护理效果明显改善。结论护士岗位管理有利于深入发展优质护理服务,能帮助构建优质护理服务模式。能产生推动建立护理职业深入发展作用的措施是实施调动护士积极性、科学化的护理管理模式,其具有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective To analyze and explore the effect of establishing a long-term mechanism of high-quality nursing service in post management of nurses, so as to provide reference for nursing work. Methods In order to develop high-quality nursing service, it is necessary to study the post setup, training and evaluation of nursing staff. Nursing post management has many advantages, such as stabilizing the nursing team. Therefore, it is necessary to gradually promote the establishment of high-quality nursing service, strengthen the construction of nursing team, and make the nursing service show a long-term nature. Results After the implementation of the nursing effect has been significantly improved. Conclusion Nurse post management is conducive to the in-depth development of quality nursing services, can help to build a quality nursing service model. The measures to promote the further development of nursing profession are to implement a scientific nursing management mode to arouse the enthusiasm of nurses, which has high clinical application value.
