自体耳软骨和假体隆鼻术围术期护理探讨

Perioperative Nursing Care of Autogenous Ear Cartilage and Prosthesis Augmentation Rhinoplasty

目的对自体耳软骨以及假体隆鼻手术在围手术期间的护理进行研究分析。方法将2017年4月至2018年4月在我院进行自体耳软骨联合假体隆鼻手术的患者共156例作为研究分析对象,对其中78例患者采取相应的护理干预措施,作为观察组,统计观察组患者手术治疗结果。另78例患者应用常规护理方式,作为对照组,对比两组患者满意度。结果所有患者均顺利完成手术,其中对照组有1例患者因为对外观形态不满意,将人工鼻假体取出。观察组有1例患者因为鼻腔粘膜的愈合效果不佳,在手术完成后1周进行二次清创缝合处理。在术后半年,对两组患者进行随访,发现瘢痕均不太明显,但观察组患者满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在自体耳软骨联合假体隆鼻手术围术期中,通过对患者进行科学、有效的护理干预措施,具有显著效果,其手术效果非常优异,值得临床值得推广应用。

Objective To study the perioperative nursing of augmentation rhinoplasty with autologous ear cartilage and prosthesis. Methods From April 2017 to April 2018, 156 patients who underwent augmentation rhinoplasty with autogenous auricular cartilage and prosthesis in our hospital were studied. 78 of them were given corresponding nursing intervention measures. As the observation group, the results of surgical treatment in the observation group were statistically analyzed. The other 78 patients were treated with routine nursing as the control group, and the patients＇ satisfaction was compared between the two groups. Results All patients successfully completed the operation, of which one patient in the control group was dissatisfied with the appearance of the prosthesis removed. In the observation group, 1 patient was treated with secondary debridement and suture one week after the operation because of the poor healing effect of nasal mucosa. Six months after operation, the two groups of patients were followed up and found that the scars were not obvious, but the satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion During the perioperative period of augmentation rhinoplasty with autologous auricular cartilage and prosthesis, through scientific and effective nursing intervention measures, it has significant effect, and the operation effect is very excellent, which is worthy of clinical application.
