探讨无创正压通气治疗慢性肺心病合并呼吸衰竭的临床疗效 被引量:5

摘要 目的针对慢性肺心病伴随呼吸衰竭患者按照无创正压通气治疗的实际效果加以摸索。方法本研究按照对比治疗的模式展开,所选取病例为本院在2015年1月至2018年1月所接诊的80例患者,参照患者入院顺序,随机选取40例。以常规方案展开各治疗,即对照组;余下则需要按照无创正压通气治疗,即观察组。对疗效间差异进行对比。结果在治疗前,两组在血氧分压以及二氧化碳分压方面,两组无显著差异,P> 0.05。而在治疗后,观察组存在有显著优势,P<0.05。结合对两组患者在治疗前后呼吸频率以及心率对比可以发现,在治疗前两组不存在有明显差异,而在治疗后,观察组存在有显著优势,P<0.05。对比两组LVEF以及SV心功能指标可知不存在有显著差异P> 0.05,而在治疗后,观察组则明显优于对照组,P<0.05。结论就慢性肺心病合并呼吸衰竭患者按照无创正压通气治疗,可促使患者心、肺功能得到有效改善,促进恢复。 Objective To explore the actual effect of noninvasive positive pressure ventilation in patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease complicated with respiratory failure. Methods The study was conducted in accordance with the mode of comparative treatment. The selected cases were 80 patients admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to January 2018, according to the order of hospitalization, 40 cases were selected randomLy. The treatment was carried out by the routine regimen, that is, the control group; The rest needs to be treated with noninvasive positive pressure ventilation, namely, the observation group. To compare the effect of the difference between. Results Before treatment, there was no significant difference between the two groups in terms of blood oxygen partial pressure and carbon dioxide partial pressure(P〉0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups. After treatment, there was a significant advantage in the observation group, P〈0.05. Combined with the two groups of patients before and after the treatment of respiratory rate and heart rate comparison can be found, before treatment, there is no significant difference between the two groups, and after the treatment, the observation group has a significant advantage, P〈0.05. Comparing the two groups of LVEF and SV cardiac function indicators, there was no significant difference between P〉0.05, and after treatment, the observation group was significantly better than the control group, P〈0.05. Conclusion Non-invasive positive pressure ventilation in patients with chronic cor pulmonale complicated with respiratory failure can effectively improve heart and lung function and promote recovery.
