中成药及其提取物防治心肌缺血再灌注损伤的研究进展

近年来,急性心肌梗死发病率整体趋势呈现逐年上升。目前再灌注治疗是急性心肌梗死治疗的最主要方法,然而其引起的心肌缺血再灌注损伤限制了患者的进一步获益。如何能够将其造成的损伤程度降到最低已成为当前心血管疾病领域的一个重要课题。到目前为止,防治心肌缺血再灌注损伤的有效治疗措施很少,大量实验研究表明,在心肌缺血再灌注损伤时,中成药能有效的保护损伤心肌、提高心肌细胞生存率,对心肌缺血再灌注损伤有较好的疗效。
