一次与多次法根管治疗术在牙体牙髓病治疗中的疗效对比

Comparison of one-visit and Multiple-visit Root Canal Therapy in the Treatment of Dental Pulp Disease

目的探讨一次性根管术对牙体牙髓病的临床疗效。方法选取本院收治的牙体牙髓病患者80例,随机分为对照组与观察组,各40例。对照组采用多次根管疗法,观察组采用一次性根管疗法,对比疗效。结果对比治疗总有效率,观察组为97.5%,远高于对照组的87.5%(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义;对比并发症发生率,观察组为5.0%,远低于对照组的20.0%(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论相对于多次根管疗法,一次性根管疗法对牙体牙髓病的疗效更好,并发症低,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of one-off root canal surgery on dental pulp disease. Methods 80 patients with dental pulp disease were randomLy divided into control group and observation group, with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with multiple root canal therapy, while the observation group was treated with one-off root canal therapy. Result The total effective rate of contrast treatment was 97.5%（P〈0.05） in the observation group, far higher than that in the control group（87.5%）, and the incidence of complications in the observation group was 5.0%, much lower than that of the control group（20.0%）（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Compared with multiple root canal therapy, one-off root canal therapy has better curative effect and lower complications on dental pulp disease.
