摘要
目的探讨妊娠合并胰腺炎的护理。方法对1例2017年12月份入院的妊娠合并急性胰腺炎患者进行心理护理,禁食、胃肠减压,产科护理,营养支持等对症处理;恢复期给予饮食指导和出院宣教。结果妊娠合并急性胰腺炎患者入院后经积极治疗和个性化整体护理后情况好转出院。结论妊娠合并急性胰腺炎病情凶险,容易发生并发症,应及时诊断治疗,严密观察病情,为患者提供精细、个性化的整体护理可促进患者康复。
Objective To investigate the nursing of pregnancy with pancreatitis. Methods One patient with acute pancreatitis admitted to hospital in December 2017 was given psychological care, fasting, gastrointestinal decompression, obstetric care, nutritional support and other symptomatic treatment; diet guidance and discharge mission were given during the recovery period. Results Patients with pregnancy complicated with acute pancreatitis were discharged after hospitalization after active treatment and personalized holistic nursing. Conclusion Pregnancy with acute pancreatitis is dangerous, prone to complications, timely diagnosis and treatment, close observation of the condition, providing patients with detailed and personalized overall care can promote the rehabilitation of patients.
