剖宫产术后子宫瘢痕妊娠的诊断及治疗

Diagnosis and Treatment of Cesarean Scar Pregnancy

目的总结探讨剖宫产术后子宫瘢痕妊娠的临床诊断及治疗措施。方法选择我院收治的40例剖宫产术后子宫瘢痕妊娠患者为研究对象,结果 18例非手术治疗患者中17例治疗成功,另1例转为子宫峡部病灶切除联合子宫修补术治疗,术后康复,未出现并发症。22例动脉栓塞患者治疗效果满意。结论剖宫产术后子宫瘢痕妊娠经妇科检查、超声及停经史等不难作出判断,临床治疗可根据患者实际情况选择手术治疗或药物治疗,一般预后良好。

Objective To summarize the clinical diagnosis and treatment of cesarean scar pregnancy. Methods 40 cases of uterine scar pregnancy after cesarean section in our hospital were selected as study subjects. Results Among the 18 cases of non operative treatment, 17 cases were successfully treated. Another patient was converted to isthmus resection combined with hysterectomy. Postoperative rehabilitation, no complications occurred. 22 patients with arterial embolism were treated with satisfactory results without complications.Satisfactory results were achieved in 22 patients with arterial embolism. Conclusion It is not difficult to make a judgment by gynecological examination, ultrasonography and menopause history of uterine scar pregnancy after cesarean section. Clinical treatment can be selected according to the actual situation of patients with surgical treatment or drug treatment, and the prognosis is good.
