非典型抗精神病药对老年患者认知功能的影响

Effect of Atypical Antipsychotics on Cognitive Function in Elderly Patients

目的探讨非典型抗精神病药对老年患者认知功能的影响。方法选取2017年2月至2018年7月我院收治的60例老年精神分裂症患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组(n=30)与实验组(n=30),对照组患者给予典型抗精神病药物治疗,实验组则给予非典型抗精神病治疗,观察两组患者认知功能改善情况。结果实验组患者经治疗后,其阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)评分低于对照组,且中国修订版韦氏记忆量表(WMS-RC)评分高于对照组,两组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对老年精神分裂症患者给予非典型抗精神病药,能有效改善患者认知功能障碍,临床应用价值显著。

Objective To investigate the effects of atypical antipsychotics on cognitive function in elderly patients. Methods Sixty elderly patients with schizophrenia admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to July 2018 were enrolled in the study. They were randomLy divided into control group（n=30） and experimental group（n=30）. The control group was given typical antipsychotic drugs, and the experimental group was given atypical antipsychotic treatment. The cognitive function improvement of the two groups was observed. Results After treatment, the positive and negative symptom scale（PANSS） scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group, and the Chinese revised Wechs Memory Scale（WMS-RC） score was higher than the control group. Statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The administration of atypical antipsychotics to elderly patients with schizophrenia can effectively improve cognitive dysfunction in patients, and its clinical application value is significant.
