评价综合护理干预在慢性肝炎合并糖尿病治疗中的应用价值

Evaluation of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention in the Treatment of Chronic Hepatitis Complicated with Diabetes

目的探讨慢性肝炎合并糖尿病(DM)患者接受综合护理指导的价值。方法将2017年7月至2018年7月我科收治的52例慢性肝炎合并DM患者随机分组,Ⅰ组接受常规基础护理,Ⅱ组接受综合护理指导,对两组的护理效果进行观察和评价。结果干预前,两组在各项血糖指标、肝功能指标上的对比,无统计学意义(P> 0.05);干预后,Ⅱ组相对Ⅰ组在各项血糖指标、肝功能指标上均明显占优势,比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对慢性肝炎合并DM患者实施综合护理指导,能够有效增强对血糖的调控效果,改善患者的肝功能,值得推荐。

Objective To explore the value of comprehensive care guidance for patients with chronic hepatitis complicated with diabetes（DM）. Methods 52 chronic hepatitis patients admitted to our hospital from July 2017 to July 2018 were randomLy divided into groups. Group Ⅰ received routine basic care, and group Ⅱ received comprehensive nursing guidance. Observation and evaluation of the nursing effects of the two groups were conducted. Results Before the intervention, there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in terms of blood glucose and liver function indexes（P〉0.05）. After the intervention, group Ⅱ and group Ⅰ were significantly different in terms of blood glucose and liver function indexes. The predominance was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing guidance for patients with chronic hepatitis combined with DM can effectively enhance the regulation of blood glucose and improve the liver function of patients. It is worth recommending.
