结直肠癌患者术前行双源CT双期增强扫描结合物质分离技术诊断中的价值分析

Value Analysis of Double-source CT Dual-phase Enhanced Scanning Combined with Substance Separation Technique in Patients with Colorectal Cancer before Operation

目的分析结直肠癌患者术前行双源CT双期增强扫描结合物质分离技术诊断中的价值。方法将2014年6月至2018年8月因结直肠癌于我院进行手术治疗的150例患者作为研究对象,所有患者均于手术治疗前采用双源CT双期增强扫描结合物质分离技术进行综合诊断,对比联合检查方式下术前TNM分期诊断结果与术后病理检查结果的差异性。结果肿瘤肠壁CT值、碘值、标准化CT值与标准化碘值均明显高于正常肠壁,数据比较差异显著(P<0.05);150例患者术前TNM分期确诊138例,确诊率为92.00%,术前DSCT诊断结果与病理检查结果具有高度一致性(P<0.05)。结论结直肠癌患者术前行双源CT双期增强扫描结合物质分离技术诊断准确性较高,推广价值较好。

Objective To analyze the value of dual-source CT dual-phase enhanced scanning combined with substance separation in the diagnosis of colorectal cancer patients. Methods A total of 150 patients who underwent surgery for colorectal cancer in our hospital from June 2014 to August 2018 were enrolled. All patients underwent dual-source CT dual-phase enhanced scanning combined with substance separation before surgery. Comprehensive diagnosis was performed to compare the difference between the preoperative TNM staging diagnosis and the postoperative pathological findings under the combined examination. Results CT value, iodine value, standardized CT value and standardized iodine value of tumor intestinal wall were significantly higher than normal intestinal wall, the data were significantly different（P〈0.05）; 150 patients were diagnosed with 138 cases of preoperative TNM staging, the diagnosis rate was 92.00%, preoperative DSCT diagnosis results were highly consistent with pathological findings（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The dual-source CT dual-phase enhanced scan combined with substance separation technique in patients with colorectal cancer has high diagnostic accuracy and good promotion value.
