加强院前急救护理管理对提高院前救护的效果分析

Study on the Effect of the Enhanced-care Management on Pre-hospital First Aid

目的探讨加强院前急救护理管理对提高院前救护的效果。方法以2017年1月-2017年12月我院行加强院前急救的78例患者为观察组,并选取2016年1月-2016年12月行常规院前急救的78例患者作为对照组,观察和比较两组患者的院前急救效果。结果从抢救效果看,观察组的急救成功率、出车反应时间、途中时间等均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在院前急救护理管理中,加强院前急救对提升患者的院前救护成功率与出车反应时间以及降低途中消耗时间具有一定的好处,继而为患者的后期治疗提供更加良好的保障。

Objective To explore the effect of the enhanced-care management on pre-hospital first aid. Methods 78 cases received enhanced-care in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2017 were selected as the observation group, and 78 cases of routine pre-hospital care from January 2016 to December 2016 were selected as the control group. To observe and compare the first aid effect of the two groups. Result From the view of rescue effect, the success rate of first aid, the reaction time of getting out of the car and the time on the way in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the management of pre-hospital emergency care, strengthening pre-hospital first aid is beneficial to improve the success rate of pre-hospital rescue and the response time of leaving the car, and to reduce the time spent on the way, and then to provide a better guarantee for the later treatment of patients.
