Evaluation of Application Effect of PDA Mobile Nurse Workstation in Urology Nursing Quality Management

目的探讨和分析PDA移动护士工作站的运用在泌尿外科护理质量管理中的方法和效果。方法阐述我院泌尿外科PDA移动护士工作站临床使用情况以及PDA使用过程中发现的不足采取改善措施,将2018年2-4月改善前的200名住院患者、14名医生、18名护士与2018年5-7月改善后的209名住院患者、15名医生、20名护士进行满意度对比,将改善前304例护士PDA正确使用率与改善后330例护士正确使用率进行对比。结果 PDA移动护士工作站在泌尿外科临床护理质量管理中的运用,通过优化临床护理工作流程,提高了护士的工作效率,改善不足后护士PDA正确使用率从73.7%提高到95.5%,住院患者对护士工作满意度由90.03%提升到98.25%,医生对护士工作满意度由81.06%提升到95.17%,护士对自身工作满意度由75.08%提升到94.62%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 PDA移动护士工作站为临床护理工作提供实时信息,改变了护士工作模式,实现了管理的精细化,极大的推动了医院信息化建设和数字化发展,值得推广与应用。

Objective To explore and analyze the method and effect of PDA mobile nurse workstation in urology nursing quality management. Methods Elaborated the hospital uropoiesis surgical department PDA mobile nurse workstation for clinical usage and PDA in use process found the shortage of the improvement measures, will be in April 2, 2018-improve before the 200 hospitalized patients, 18 of 14 doctors, nurses, and improved in May 2018 to July 209 hospitalized patients, 15 doctors, 20 nurses satisfaction compared to 304 cases of nurse before she will improve the PDA correct usage compared with 330 cases after improve the nurse correct usage. Results Application of PDA mobile nurse workstation in clinical nursing quality management of urology department, by optimizing the clinical nursing work flow, enhances the working efficiency of nurses, improve the lack of nurses after PDA correct utilization rate increased from 73.7% to 95.5%, the hospital patients to the nurse job satisfaction increase from 90.03% to 98.25%, the doctor to nurse job satisfaction increase from 81.06% to 95.17%, the nurses on their job satisfaction increase from 75.08% to 94.62%, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The PDA mobile nurse workstation provides real-time information for clinical nursing work, changes the nurses＇ working mode and realizes the refinement of management, which greatly promotes the hospital informatization construction and digital development, and is worthy of promotion and application.
