独立学院本科护生实习前心理问题现状

Psychological Problems of Undergraduate Nursing Students before Internship in Independent Colleges

目的分析探讨独立学院本科护生在实习之前的心理问题现状。方法通过参阅有关文献资料,同时对本学院即将进行临床护理实习的本科护生使用精神症状自评量表(SCL-90)进行实习前心理健康状况的调查,对调查结果进行相应的分析。结果护生在实习之前多会出现心理压力,并进而产生心理问题,这不利于实习效果的提升,因此需要对此类护生实习前的心理问题加强了解,针对存在的共性心理问题实施相应的心理干预,指导护生尽快适应角色的转变,以更加健康平稳的心态顺利渡过实习期,为今后走向护理工作岗位打下良好的基础。结论独立学院本科护生在实习前常会出现一些心理问题,应当对此引起重视,积极干预,使他们能够更好地渡过实习期,取得更好的实习效果。

Objective To analyze and discuss the psychological problems of undergraduate nursing students in independent colleges before practice. Methods By referring to relevant literature and data, the mental health status of undergraduate nursing students who are going to undergraduate clinical nursing practice in our college was investigated with SCL-90, and the results were analyzed accordingly. Results Nursing students often have psychological pressure before practice, and then produce psychological problems, which is not conducive to the promotion of the effect of practice, so it is necessary to strengthen the understanding of psychological problems of such students before practice, to implement corresponding psychological intervention for common psychological problems, to guide nursing students to adapt to the role change as soon as possible, in order to be more healthy and stable to pass through the internship smoothly, laying a good foundation for the nursing posts in the future. Conclusion Some psychological problems often appear before the practice of undergraduate nursing students in independent colleges, which should be paid more attention and actively intervened so as to make them more effective pass through the practice period, to achieve better practice results.
